Curriculum

Learning that goes beyond textbooks.

AARK follows the global standards of the NEP and NCF curriculum frameworks, bringing together foundational learning, academic development, sports, creativity, personality development, innovation, values and practical experiences. The aim is to help students build knowledge and skills while developing curiosity, confidence, character and a lasting interest in learning.

Academic Excellence

Concepts, curiosity and application.

The academic approach emphasises foundational skills, clear learning progression and collaborative, project-based experiences. Students are encouraged to understand ideas, discuss them, learn through experience and develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Sports Excellence

Movement matters.

Sports and physical activity support fitness, discipline, teamwork and confidence. AARK’s published programme includes swimming, karate and skating at different age levels.

Co-Curricular Learning

Learning through participation.

School activities complement classroom learning through sports, cultural events, library activities, science-lab experiences, creative activities and meditation.

Practical Experiences

Connect learning with life.

Experiences such as farming and situational learning give students opportunities to connect ideas with everyday life, social awareness and the world around them.

Visual & Performing Arts

Space to imagine and express.

Visual and performing arts give students opportunities to explore their creative interests, express ideas and develop skills that can contribute to a broader portfolio of learning.

Personality Development

Growing with confidence.

Programmes in critical thinking, sports, social contribution, self-expression and meditation support the wider development of students as they grow.

Innovation & Creativity

Explore new ways to solve problems.

Students are encouraged to explore their interests, recognise their strengths and use creative, multi-faceted approaches to problem solving.

Universal Values & Ethics

Character alongside knowledge.

The curriculum also places emphasis on values, respect and character, with activities such as yoga and peace-oriented learning supporting emotional and personal development.

Beyond Academics

A wider school experience.

Classroom learning is complemented by physical, cultural, creative and practical activities that help students discover interests and develop different strengths.
